Langfields recently completed a Diffuser for a space sector company manufactured to the following specifications:
- End flange connections – 40” with 32” Divergent Flange
- Thickness – 4mm thk
- Material of construction – 316 stainless steel
- Overall length – 6.6mtrs
The Diffuser will be used for the development and testing of rocket engines under vacuum conditions and will be mounted to a vacuum chamber previously manufactured by Langfields.
