316L Stainless Steel Diffuser Manufactured for Space Sector

Langfields recently completed a Diffuser for a space sector company manufactured to the following specifications:

• End flange connections – 40” with 32” Divergent Flange
• Thickness – 4mm thk  
• Material of construction –  316 stainless steel
• Overall length – 6.6mtrs

The Diffuser will be used for the development and testing of rocket engines under vacuum conditions and will be mounted to a vacuum chamber previously manufactured by Langfields.
