Hastelloy Jacketed Reactor Vessel for Pharma Sector

Earlier this year Langfields designed & fabricated a Hastelloy Jacketed Reactor Vessel for a valued client in the pharmaceutical sector.

The Jacketed Reactor Vessel was manufactured to the following specifications –

  • Constructed from Alloy C22, our team are experts working with High Nickel Alloys.
  • Total Vessel Weight – 4,550 kg
  • Design – Latest edition of PD5500 and CE marked to PED 2014/68/EU
  • Material Thickness – 16mm

All design work was completed in house by the Langfields design team with the top head nozzle arrangement verified by Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
