Engineering and Manufacturing group Langfields have today completed the acquisition of Premium Fabrications (PremFab), which specialises in high-end stainless steel fabrication and component manufacture. Founded in 2018 by Barbara and Justin Smyth, Rochdale-based PremFab supplies fabrications to the Pharmaceutical, F&B, Petrochemical and Nuclear industries. PremFab aims to give the customer a service that is superior in quality, traceability, cost and delivery. The deal will see Langfields acquire a majority stake in the business whilst retaining the key skills of the Management Team.
Langfields Group CEO, Gordon Ronaldson, commented:
