From L-R we have: Ross Lyon – Category Management QA/QC, David Simmons – Category Management Project Manager, Chris Windsor – Category Management Lead and Matt Byrne – Category Management Schedule Planner

Chris Windsor, Ross Lyon and Matt Byrne have joined the business, enhancing our highly skilled team and bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in our industry while David Simmons has been promoted internally as a result of his hard work and commitment to the business.

Chris Windsor, Category Management Lead commented on the new team:

“Since joining Langfields in April of this year, I believe we have assembled a very strong team across multiple disciplines and departments, which has put us in a strong position to fulfil both the Phase One, and the very recently awarded Phase Two contracts, for the Sellafield SIXEP Continuity Plant project. From a business perspective, these two contracts cement a strong foundation for the Langfields platform over the next three years and beyond helping to support our growth ambitions. Personally, I am looking forward to working collaboratively with Doosan & Sellafield over the coming years and am excited about the potential shared successes that will arise for all parties.”

Steven Mackay, Operations Director also commented on the announcement:

“The significant award of the SIXEP contract has allowed our business to create a dedicated Category Management Team. The process involved us going out to market and recruiting ambitious and experienced professionals who will be responsible for the delivery of this challenging project and ensuring that the requirements of the client are met at all times.”
