Langfields can today announce the acquisition of JGC, one of the UK’s leading engineering companies to the nuclear and renewable energy industries.
Established in 1972 in Caithness, Scotland, the business designs and manufactures specialist equipment for regulated markets, including Nuclear, Wind, Wave and Tidal Energy.
The deal will see Langfields take up a majority equity share in the business whilst retaining the key skills of the JGC Team. Langfields Managing Director, Neil Yates, commented:
