Our Langfields Dunfermline team have recently fabricated a Carbon Steel HF Buffer Tank to PD5500:2021 Cat 1 PE[S]R Module G [Category IV] for a valued client in the process industry.
1300mm Inside Dia x 1745mm Tan to Tan, 10mm wall thickness, due to its service this vessel had PWHT by furnace.
Finished with four coats of paint, complete with a topcoat of clementine orange.
An excellent job by all of those involved in the project, delivering a nice vessel with a volume of 2.92 m³, weighing 1.732 tonnes.
